Principal's Message

Welcome to Blessed Sacrament Catholic School, a vibrant Pre-K 3 through 8th Grade learning community located in the West Brighton section of Staten Island. At Blessed Sacrament, we strive to foster a nurturing environment where all students are welcomed, loved and cared for. Our faculty, staff, students, and families support each other in our dedication to our faith, families, and school.

 The family atmosphere at Blessed Sacrament cannot be emphasized enough and that is a testament to the many outstanding groups that contribute to the daily life of the school. I am most grateful for the guidance of our parish priests, the hard work and dedication of the staff, teachers, families, Family Guild officers, and all those who continue to support Blessed Sacrament School.

 As Principal, my goal is to continue a legacy of stewardship which began with the original founding of the school more than 100 years ago. It is truly a blessing to be a part of the young lives that enter our doors each day and my ultimate goal is to ensure that our students are learning in an environment where they feel safe and loved.

With the first marking period behind us, we continue to focus on academics, but we also begin our Advent journey.  While much excitement comes with the Christmas season, the emphasis in our classrooms is on preparing for the birth of Jesus.  Christ is always at the forefront of all of our teachings.
