On Friday, 5/16 we'll have the in-class painting program come in to paint flower pots with the kids for spring! Please send in $12 for a flower pot and paint. Money is due by May 6th.
NYS ELA exam is Tuesday, April 29th and Wednesday, April 30th
4 sharpened # 2 pencils are needed for each day of testing.
A Gentle Reminder -
The doors open for school at 7:35 AM and class begins at 7:50 AM Students arriving at 8:10 are late and missing 20 minutes of important work.

1. Please send your child in with 4 sharpened #2 pencils. Early to bed and a healthy breakfast in the morning.

No homework
I am very proud of 3-1 for how well they did today. There were 4 reading passages with 23 multiple choice questions and 2 short response questions. They all remembered to answer using the RACE strategy. Everyone finished just in time for lunch. I brought in lifesavers and lollipops for the class to keep their sugar going.
Please resharpen their pencils and have them in before 7:50 AM.
